Ok, after a handful of sessions on this board I've come to the conclusion that Greg Griffin is from outerspace
I'm STOKED beyond belief after riding this thing in waves ranging from knee high mush burgers to shoulder high peaky ramps.
I'll get right into it (i'll keep it short and sweet):
The very first wave I caught on it was a right and noticed within the first half pump I took that it had the gitty-up and responsiveness of the "cheat" but in a fish platform,WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It feels just as non-directional as Griff's Cheater quad does which is something that is just going to blow a lot of people away. Non-directional but with loads of drive is just butter
You can do the most effortless roundhouses on it while gaining crap loads of speed during the 2nd part of your turn.
This is in no way like any other keel I have ever ridden.
Greg makes this so you can approach your backside surfing in the exact same way as you would going frontside. This to me, makes the board extremely complete. It is scary just how well balanced it is and the way it allows you to square up off the bottom and take your turn wherever your ability will allow it to go just isn't normal. I could not imagine what a guy on the CT could do with one of these under his feet. The judges would not allow this in a small wave venue.
I got it out yesterday in really fast/tight pockety conditions and it seriously had no draw backs whatsoever.
